Higher Education Leadership
Dr. Washington brings 20+ years of extensive experience in higher education leadership, having previously served as core faculty in the BA Psychology Program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and as Director of STEM Continuing Education at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.
Her academic leadership foundation includes Former Director of HBCU Leadership at North Carolina A&T, Greensboro, North Carolina, and seven years as Chair of the Department of Psychology/Sociology and IRB Committee at Saint Augustine's University in Raleigh, North Carolina, followed by roles as Assistant Director of Leadership Development and Scholar-in-Residence at North Carolina State University.

Dr. Washington’s scholarly interests center on leadership development, organizational change, curriculum development, and the advancement of educational technology in higher education, with particular emphasis on preparing leaders to navigate complex, technology-enabled learning environments.
